Bonnie Cioppa is a personal trainer at Ultimate Fitness as well as a group training coach at our sister facility, Ultimate Fit Zone. Bonnie has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and offers an incredibly diverse selection of training styles. One-on-one or in a group setting, Bonnie will help you realize your capabilities, beyond what you ever thought you were capable of. She is there to give you that push you need, to overcome the obstacles that have prevented you from realizing your health and wellness goals.
