New!! CycleFit debuts at Ultimate Fitness!


Grab a bike and get ready to burn some calories.  Sought out personal trainer and spin coach extraordinaire, Bonnie Cioppa, will take you through high intensity cycle classes with inspiring music and motivating instruction.  Ready to take it off the bike and give Bonnie’s Pump & Spin a try?  Blast the legs on the bike and then shape the arms with the use of light weight dumbbells.  We are also happy to introduce CycleFit – our own unique combination of high intensity cycling combined with boot camp exercises such as tire flipping, ladders, sprints, ball slams and more.  Send an email to UFTrainingcenter1540 @ to learn more.

Schedule of Spin Classes at Ultimate Fitness in Monmouth County

  • Spin: Mon/Wed 6pm, Saturday 9am (1 hour)
  • CycleFit:  Wed 5pm (45 mins) On hold for winter
  • Pump & Spin: Tuesday 6:30pm, Friday 8am, Sunday 8am (1 hour)
  • XPS 30: Thursday 7am  (1/2 hour)
