When Training at Ultimate Fitness

• Proper attire required - no jeans, work boots, sandals or flip-flops allowed.
• Always ask for a spotter when lifting heavy weights.
• Abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Please rack all weights when you are finished, and be courteous to the staff as well as your fellow members.

Monday- Thursday 5:00a.m.-10:30p.m.
Friday 5:00a.m.- 10:00p.m.
Saturday 7:00a.m.- 5:00p.m.
Sunday 8:00a.m.- 3:00p.m
