Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. During your suspension training workout at the Ultimate Fitness gym in NJ, we will use the innovative TRX suspension straps to tone, stretch and sculpt every muscle in your body.
TRX Suspension Training Builds Core Strength
You can work every muscle group with the TRX suspension ropes, but most importantly, you will always be building and gaining abdominal and core strength. Killer abs are great, but more importantly, having a strong core will prevent injuries, improve posture and increase overall strength.
Basically the core is fundamental to all body movement. Whether you realize it or not you hardly make a move without engaging your core. You do it when you walk up and down stairs; you do it when you bend down to pick something up. Your core engages and provides you with balance and stability.
This is because all of our movements are powered by the torso – the abs and back work together to support the spine during everyday activities and exercise. Suspension Training builds core strength with every exercise by creating an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination.
